It was a busy Spring (which is continuing on to a busy Summer!)
Ollie had to have surgery at Primary Children's. At the risk of embarrassing him when he's older... I'll just say he had to have stuff done to fix his circumcision.
Coming out of anesthesia was rough.
After the first crying and freaking out phase he zonked back out and we couldn't wake him up!
The nice thing about the surgery was that it taught him to crawl pretty quick! Scooting around on his belly was too painful, and made for a rough few days until he figured out how to pick his hips up off the floor.
Next was Aunt Rooey's graduation. Hooray! She graduated from UVU and we had a little BBQ get together up the canyon.
Linds and Li'l Ollie
The Provo River kept the kiddos busy.
Ollie loved being outside in the sun (mostly shade).
Lots of backyard time for the kiddos.
This is where Ollie spends his time while I mow and weed.
The enclosure on the trampoline is a perfect protector and he loves the freedom to crawl around!
I was mowing the lawn and found Ollie had fallen asleep face down on the trampoline.
It was so darling but by the time I ran in and grabbed the camera Mei had woken him up and I could only get this picture of him stirring. He likes watching the grass swaying under the trampoline.
Next was Sofie's end of the year outdoor dance festival that her elementary school puts on every year. She had a blast dancing to Twist and Shout with her fellow Kindergartners. This is her wonderful teacher Mrs. Harding. I can't believe my darling girl is done with Kindergarten already!
Me and Mei watching the dances together.
All the kiddos after the festival.
My baby is cute, just by the way.
May was also Mother's Day and my birthday. This year it was on the same day! Here is me with half the family on my birthday. We did have cake and stuff, but I don't have any pictures of my own, so this will have to do!
